How will I receive my policy?
If you decide to enroll in the offered benefits, your policy(ies) will be mailed to your home in four to six weeks. In the meantime, if you have questions please contact The Warner Companies at 866-870-5093.
 
What do I do if I need to file a claim or make changes to my policies?
The Warner Companies is available to answer any questions. They can be reached Monday through Friday 9am. - 5pm. by phone at 866-870-5093 or email at voluntarybenefits@lwarner.com.
 
What do I do if I leave Unified Community Connections?
Some of your policies are portable, which means that you can keep them even if you are no longer an employee with UC2. Simply contact The Warner Companies at 866-870-5093 for assistance with converting your policy to a direct payment plan.
