Licensed benefit specialists from The Warner Companies are available by phone at 877-433-7327 from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The call center will be open from May 14th to May 27th.

What can I expect when I call the voluntary benefits call center?
Licensed, trained, and experienced benefit specialists from The Warner Companies are available to answer any questions you may have discuss your options with you, and help you make and record your benefit selections.
 
How can I sign an application if I'm not there?
The benefit specialist will gather your voice signature at key points in the conversation by asking for your agreement. Since the call is recorded, your decisions are documented.
 
Can I get this insurance later, after the open enrollment ends?
You may be able to apply for this coverage later however, this enrollment includes special offers for UC2 employees. During this enrollment period only, depending on your age, benefit amount, and plan you elect, you may apply for coverage by providing answers to only limited medical questions or no medical questions at all.
 
What if I'm not interested in this insurance?
If you believe you don't need these benefits, we still ask you to meet with a benefit specialist or call the call center so that we can acquire your verbal instruction to waive this coverage.
 
Can I elect to enroll in this coverage later?
Enrollment is available for a limited time only with special underwriting featuring limited or NO MEDICAL QUESTIONS ASKED - please do not miss this unique opportunity. If you do not elect coverage when you first become eligible to do so, and wish to elect coverage at a later date, you will be subject to medical underwriting and may be denied coverage.
