  General Information about the Voluntary Employee Benefits Program
 
We are pleased to introduce the Voluntary Employee Benefits Program, which is available to all eligible employees. Employees who work 35 hours or more per week are eligible for this program after 90 days of employment.
 
As a benefit eligible employee of Unified Community Connections, you now have access to a Voluntary Benefits Program with special underwriting guidelines. You have the opportunity to participate in these benefits based upon your own personal needs.
 
 
  • Some benefits do not require medical underwriting if the amount of coverage being applied for does not exceed certain limits
